As one of the few certified estate planning and administration specialists in East Central Indiana, Greg has assisted thousands of farmers, businesses, and individuals with their estate planning needs.  He makes extensive use of revocable living trusts in helping his clients to avoid probate and provide for efficient and inexpensive administration of their estates.  He has been particularly effective in providing estate planning services to farmers, who have witnessed a dramatic increase in the value of their real estate assets.  He has formed hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies for local businesses to provide for family business succession and personal liability protection.  With more than thirty years of legal experience concentrated in estate planning and administration, he has drafted thousands of wills and lifetime directives (including financial and health care powers of attorneys) competently, promptly, and at a very reasonable cost.  Likewise, he has assisted thousands of personal representatives and trust administrators through the complicated death proceedings of families and friends.

Greg has been active in community affairs in New Castle and Henry County, Indiana.  He is past president of the Henry County Human Society, Danielson Education Council, Henry County Hospital Foundation, New Castle-Henry County Public Library and Henry County Heart Society.  He has served actively on the boards of the New Castle Y.M.C.A., Henry County Community Foundation, the I.S.B.A. Trust and Estate Specialty Board, and the Indiana University East Chancellor’s Board of Advisors.  He also served eight years as the head coach of the New Castle Boys Varsity Soccer Team.
