Crider grew up in New Castle, Indiana, received his bachelor’s degree in theoretical mathematics and computer science at Colgate University in New York, earned his JD at Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2008. He is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. His primary areas of practice are Estate Planning and Administration, Elder Law, Wills and Probate, Trusts, Long Term Care and Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Adoptions. Sebastion spent eight years practicing estate planning, criminal defense, family law, and litigation before focusing entirely on estate planning. He makes extensive use of revocable living trusts in helping his clients to avoid probate and provide for efficient and inexpensive administration of their estates. He has been particularly effective in providing estate planning services to farmers, who have witnessed a dramatic increase in the value of their real estate assets. Sebastion has been active in community affairs in New Castle and Henry County, Indiana. He is past president of the Rotary Club of New Castle, formerly the New Castle Men’s Junior Varsity Soccer coach, and a board member of the Art Association of Henry County. Sebastion also spent four years as the owner and pitmaster of Crider’s BBQ Bash.
